SHZ4-100 * 4,500 four-head welding machine is used for PVC window and door production, it can process variety shapes of window frames. The four heads can work synchronously, arbitrary two heads can work together, and each head can work independently. The machinery is used for the welding of ┏、┓、┳、╋、┏┓、┏┳┓、┳┳┳、┏┳┳ and arbitrary angle for PVC windows and doors.

This machine is a patent of our company, using Φ40 circular guide, so it has the characteristics of accurateness, better reliability and longer life. four-head welding machine has OMRON PLC and E. MC solenoid valve, the head can move by pneumatic drive, it can makes more stability and smoothly.
